There are four main sections of the app:

Homepage

On the homepage you will see your symptoms, and goals with a dial for each showing your progress to recovery. Each symptom has its own page where you can record symptom severity, record your activities and watch a symptom-specific educational series of videos delivered by experts from across NHS Wales.

Education tab

Under the education tab, you will find hundreds of videos, both general COVID-19 management, as well as videos more specific to the person’s symptoms. We have also compiled a list of important websites and external resources identified by the specialists.

Schedule tab

Under the schedule tab, users can schedule their activities, and receive reminders and prompts to continue working towards their goals.

Contacts tab

Under the contacts tab, patients can keep all their important contacts, with easy function to call or email directly from the app.

Below are a host of resources for you to use to inform your patients about the app. This includes digital copies of flyers and posters for you to send, as well as templates for emails, letters and social media posts. You may also be interested in the consultation guidance for referring your patients to the app over the phone or virtually.
