Where to find the NHS Wales Healthhub Apps?

The three Healthhub apps are free to download on both phones and tablets from the App Store and Google Play. Simply search for the apps on the relevant store and download them, or visit the HealthHub website, and you will be redirected from there.

If you want to trial the apps yourself to learn more about them, simply sign-up for an account using some pretend patient details. And if you have the app to hand, you can also use it to demonstrate to your patient during a consultation.

To find out more about getting started on the apps, click below to the next page.

To encourage patients to use the apps, we ask that you promote the apps through patient letters, social media and/or posters and leaflets. In the resource section below, you will find a selection of free templates for you to use to promote the use of these apps.
