In this tutorial, Laura provides an overview of the Healthhub apps, and how we can use them to empower our patients to take control of their respiratory condition through supported self-management. The Healthhub apps work alongside this National Welsh Standards in Asthma, Paediatric Asthma and COPD management, to ensure that patients receive the very best care and support to manage their condition.
