All Wales Guideline for the Management of Long COVID

Patients who have ongoing symptoms following an acute infection with COVID-19, have long COVID, or post COVID syndrome. Such patients can be divided into those who may have serious sequelae and those with a non-specific clinical picture, often dominated by fatigue and breathlessness.

The aim of this All Wales guideline is to outline a structured clinical assessment of a patients presenting with Long COVID, and includes the referral criteria for the multidisciplinary rehabilitation services to support people living with Long COVID, available in each health baord.
