A lunchtime Teams event to raise awareness of the NHS Wales Respiratory Toolkit to help the aim for all HCP’s to be engaging with the toolkit, raising the standard of care and, in turn, ensuring their patients are realising the value of the self-management apps, thereby aiding NHS Wales to deliver a ‘policy to patient’ approach. Once registered for the event, you will receive an email with a link to the Teams meeting a few days before the event.
