Ongoing poor control

Step 5 of the All-Wales Adult Asthma Management and Prescribing Guideline focuses on the stepping up of inhaled therapy when there is ongoing poor control, and the indications for referral to secondary care; diagnostic uncertainty, complex co-morbidities, suspected occupational asthma, poor control, ≥2 courses oral steroids/ year.
